Jerry Ruhl

Jerry M. Ruhl is a psychologist, teacher, and author. In the first half of life, Jerry was a journalist, and he managed communications for two major corporations. At mid-life he realized he had climbed up the corporate ladder but it was leaning against the wrong wall. He began studying the works of Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung and observed first-hand spiritual practices in Japan, Bali, Thailand, Nepal, and India.During his time at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where he earned his Ph.D., Dr. Ruhl developed a holistic model for coping with life-changing accidents and illness. While living in Colorado, he formerly was a trustee of the C.G. Jung Society of Colorado, and more recently he served for more than six years as Executive Director of The Jung Center of Houston. A psychologist in private practice in Boulder, Colorado, Dr. Ruhl conducts dream groups and presents seminars and workshops across the nation.

New Legacy Fund Created
by Donna Scott

Founding board member Donna Scott has created a fund to ensure long-term continuation of the Nashville Jung Circle and its mission to provide educational opportunities in Nashville based on the work of C.G. Jung. For details, read her words below. You may join her in this effort by going to the website, http://www.nashvillejungcircle.org/donations.

"For those of you who have found the Jung Circle and its offerings supportive and inspiring, here is a way to give extra funds to ensure a secure financial future for this organization. Some of us who were initially part of the former Jung Club of Tennessee and now want to see this new Jung group thrive have contributed beyond our dues into a special fund for long-term investment, not to be used for operating expenses. Please join us in supporting the Legacy Fund by contributing $100 this year toward this endowment.

I am happy contribute in honor of my Centerpoint group at St. David's EC, and especially to honor Sara Taylor, who would have been excited to support this new Jungian group in Nashville. Blessings on this group for the bright future"!
